Greenpeace goes to trial on Monday for their non-violent attempt to raise the profile of illegal logging shipments to Miami. In what stinks of a a systematic pattern of intimidation, activists who had hung a banner from an offending ship were charged under an arcane turn-of-the-century statute aimed at preventing brothels from recruiting sailors before their ship came to port.
